In 2016 Bryant sold the #1 residential home sale in San Francisco while representing the buyer on the acquisition of 2250 Vallejo. Originally priced for $28,000,000, 2250 Vallejo ultimately recorded after months of negotiations for $21,800,000, making it the top home sale in San Francisco for the year.

While Bryant’s proven re-sale track record consistently ranks him amongst the top 1% of all SF Brokers, Bryant’s real estate development background began by working as the sales and/or marketing manager at many of San Francisco's most prestigious residential high-rises developments. Properties such as the St. Regis Residences, The Towers at Embarcadero South, the Brannan, 200 Brannan, 301 Mission Street, 88 King Street and the Yerba Buena Lofts to name a few.

Bryant's sales, organizational, communication and negotiating skills have been finely honed through more than 1,500 successful transactions. He has worked with a wide range of affluent clients and closed some of the most complex residential transactions recorded in San Francisco. In 2013 Bryant saw the value in joining Gomez & Patton, two of his long-time mentors, to form GPK Luxury Real Estate. The partnership allowed him to better service his luxury clients from the new South of Market condominiums to the more established North of Market single-family homes and cooperatives.
