In selling my San Francisco home, will you only be marketing my property to people in the San Francisco area?

We’ve had over 40 years selling upscale properties throughout the Bay Area, so we know what strategies work best. Our marketing campaigns are comprehensive and extensive, designed to attract the maximum number of buyers. We also have a large network of professionals with whom we partner, such as professional photographers and stagers, to optimize a home’s presentation.
What is your brokerage selling fee?
We propose a total commission of 5% of the selling price, which will be split 50/50 between listing/selling brokers.
If I’m ready to sell my home, what’s the next step?
Let’s schedule a meeting at your home. At that time, we’ll be able to discuss our approach for getting your home on the market. We’ll tell you how much comparable homes in the area are selling for and what we think we can get for your house. And, of course, we’ll answer any questions you have about the selling process.
There’s no obligation for this first meeting. You’ll get no hard-sell from us; that’s not our style. It’s just an opportunity for us to get together and discuss all of your options.
I’m interested in purchasing a home in San Francisco, but I currently reside outside of California. Can you help me do some of the preliminary legwork to zero in on the right properties before I plan a visit?
Whether you’re located in another state or even another country, we’re happy to do the advance research of finding you a home that meets your needs. When you come to town, we’ll schedule showings in a way that makes the best use of your time. Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll handle most of the paperwork and details to make things easy for you and ensure a hassle-free transaction.
