    Stephen K. Gomez, Partner

    Stephen Gomez is a native San Franciscan. He attended local schools in the Bay Area and graduated from the University of San Francisco with a double major in Communication Arts and English Literature. Continuing his college education at the University of Madrid, he received a degree in Philosophy and Letter. After a brief stint as a creative writer, he returned to San Francisco and began his residential real estate career. more.

    During his more than 30 years as a real estate broker, Stephen Gomez has maintained a strong sense of community and a desire to give back both economically and with his time. He has served on the Board of the St. Francis Hospital Foundation, the Nob Hill Association (San Francisco's oldest neighborhood association) and on numerous Homeowner Association Boards and Committees. He has worked as a tutor and interpreter at the Episcopal Community Services Adult Education Department and is presently involve in raising funds for the 2014 Huntington Park Restoration Project.

    Stephen Gomez recognized that Stephen Patton shared his vision of cornering the then emerging high-end condominium, cooperative market. In the first year of his career he suggested a partnership that has proven extremely effective and fruitful over the last three decades. Demonstrating their strong desire to serve their clients in a professional and selfless manner has set them head and shoulders above the competition. Stephen Gomez has recognized that same shared vision in Bryant Kowalczyk and welcomes him as a new young and dynamic partner in the new firm of GPK (Gomez, Patton and Kowalczyk).

    Stephen L. Patton, Partner

    Stephen Patton moved to San Francisco immediately after graduating from Indiana University where he earned a Degree in Marketing. Once settled on Nob Hill he open a real estate firm with Stephen Gomez and has remained a resident for over 30 years. Early on in their careers, the Stephens both recognized the importance of the emerging luxury condominium market, then in its infancy. more.

    As well as his business associate, Stephen Patton has displayed strong sense of community and a willingness to impart his knowledge and energy in a number of neighborhood projects and entities. He is a past president of the Nob Hill Association (San Francisco's oldest neighborhood association) and a past president of the Gramercy Towers Homeowners Association. He currently serves on various committees at 1170 Sacramento where he and his wife make their home.

    In the first year of their real estate careers it was clear to both partners that giving their clients a unique brand of personalized service with a stanch, straight forward business approach would set them apart from their competition.     Bryant is intimately familiar with all aspects of the sales and purchasing processes from initiating an offer, to negotiating the price, facilitating the escrow coordination, ensuring a successful appraisal, securing the appropriate financing and closing the transaction as seamlessly as possible.
